About Geneviève
Geneviève Eliany has practised criminal law since 2013 and founded Eliany Advocates in 2017, after building a defence practice in British Columbia. Based in Hamilton, she represents clients across the surrounding region and handles all types of criminal charges, including drug and sexual offences. She's an active member of the Criminal Lawyers Association and Women in Canadian Criminal Defence, and offers her services in French.
