About Nancy

Nancy earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta in 1987, then attended two years of law school there before relocating to Vancouver and completing her law degree as a visiting student at the University of British Columbia. She worked in the Lower Mainland for several years before moving to the Okanagan in 1996. Alongside residential real estate work, her practice focuses on estate and incapacity planning, including simple and complex wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements for health care decision-making, and she guides personal representatives through the administration of estates.
