About Nancy
Nancy DiChiara's practice is focused exclusively on family law, assisting clients in Oakville and the surrounding area with divorce and separation, parenting time and decision-making arrangements, child and spousal support, property division and equalization, domestic contracts, mediation and arbitration, and complex financial and child-related matters. She works toward negotiated resolutions through mediation and arbitration to reduce conflict and cost, but litigates when necessary, and her drafting work supports the firm's case preparation and advocacy. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2020, holds a J.D. from Osgoode Law School, and earned a B.A. (Hons) in History from McGill University.
