About Alex
Alex Ogilvie's practice is focused exclusively on family law, assisting clients in Toronto and surrounding communities with divorce and separation, parenting time and decision-making arrangements, child and spousal support, property division and equalization, domestic contracts, high-conflict parenting disputes, and complex property issues. She prioritizes negotiation, mediation, and arbitration to resolve matters where possible, while also handling litigation and courtroom advocacy in high-conflict cases, including co-counseling high-profile family law trials in Ontario courts. She joined the firm in 2007 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2016. She holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.Ed. from McGill University, and gained clinical experience in domestic violence and social service cases through Suffolk University Law School's Family Advocacy Clinic.
