About Nalida

Nalida Rasavady practices family law, civil liability, and human rights law, particularly in the context of abuse. Her academic and professional path, along with her involvement in community organizations, has given her a deep sensitivity to the challenges faced by clients from diverse backgrounds and reinforced her commitment to a socially grounded practice. She was admitted to the Barreau in 2020, holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal, and earned a master's degree with distinction from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Before joining Lapointe Légal in 2024, she spent five years at Duguay Le Roy, an established family law firm.
