About Jessica

Jessica Leblanc practices as counsel in civil litigation, estates law, real estate law, non-profit organization law, and digital law. She focuses on implementing collective projects through private-law instruments, advising groups and organizations behind these projects, and also advises on appellate procedures. She has served on the board of directors of Protec-Terre, an organization that establishes and supports agroecological land trusts, since 2021, and previously worked for two years with the Honourable Justice Guy Gagnon of the Court of Appeal. Her background in international relations and law gives her a broad perspective on the matters she handles. She was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2018 and earned a master's degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2021, receiving the school's award for best law graduate and the Henri-Capitant Prize (Quebec section) for the best civil law thesis. She is currently completing a doctoral thesis in property law.
