About Guillaume

Guillaume Bourbeau works mainly in municipal law, civil and commercial litigation, and construction law. He graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke, where he completed his bachelor of law. During his studies, he served as an intern for the City of Sherbrooke's legal affairs department, completing the placement with distinction for his work with the municipality. He also co-authored materials and served as a media spokesperson for legislation amending the Consumer Protection Act to combat planned obsolescence and advance the right to repair. After being called to the Barreau du Québec, Bourbeau joined Dunton Rainville that same year as a lawyer, having previously completed his articling term and several student placements there. Drawing on his varied practical experience and in-depth work with municipalities, businesses, and individuals, Bourbeau develops solutions tailored to his clients' legal issues.
