Murray Stieber is the Managing Partner of Stieber Berlach, with over two decades of broad-based litigation experience. He began his career at the Crown Attorney's Office before moving into civil practice and has since represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick. Murray regularly appears on regulatory matters before bodies such as the Ontario Securities Commission, CPA Ontario, and Professional Engineers Ontario. His practice emphasizes insurance coverage, professional liability, directors and officers liability, and environmental and construction-related liability, and he frequently acts for insurers in complex and contentious coverage disputes. Murray takes a pragmatic, client-focused approach and prides himself on resolving matters efficiently.
