About Mosaed

Mosaed AlAjeel is a partner at A&O Shearman based in Riyadh, where he focuses on regulatory and public policy projects work. He has extensive experience advising on infrastructure, concession, PPP, regulatory, and procurement matters across the Middle East, working with major regional and international institutional clients in sectors including public policy, financial services, energy, and technology. He has practised in the region for more than sixteen years. His representative matters include advising a Saudi Royal Commission on infrastructure and PPP projects in the transport, smart city, and waste sectors, and advising the Abu Dhabi Investment Office on pathfinder PPP projects. He has also advised a Saudi Royal Commission on hospitality, real estate, and development laws, and a regional Ministry of Finance on drafting national PPP and government procurement legislation. Mosaed is qualified to practise in New York and Kuwait, holding an LL.M. from Cornell Law School and a law degree from Kuwait University Law School. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
