About Monica

Monica Klimo joined KazLaw in March 2019. She previously articled and practised at a downtown Vancouver law firm representing insurance companies and defendants in personal injury cases before transitioning to represent injured individuals, particularly in ICBC claims. She has handled a wide range of personal injury claims including chronic pain conditions, neurological injury, orthopedic injury, psychological injury, and soft tissue injury, and has represented clients across British Columbia courts with experience in mediation and settlement negotiations. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and the Sports Lawyers Association.
