About Stephen
Stephen Herman is associate counsel in Watson Goepel's Personal Injury Group, focusing on personal injury and insurance claims for and against insurance companies, including cover breach claims, for over 30 years. He has appeared in the BC Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, BC Court of Appeal, and the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench. Stephen earned his LL.B. from UBC in 1986 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1987. He is a certified yoga teacher and documentary filmmaker on justice reform projects.
