About MJ

MJ Haj-Ali (legally Majdi Haj Ali) is the founding lawyer of Arets Litigation, a personal injury and civil litigation firm in Toronto. Before pursuing law, he spent nearly a decade in the financial industry, focusing on sales, dispute resolution, complex negotiations, and regulatory compliance. Haj-Ali articled and worked as labour and regulatory defence legal counsel for a non-profit professional association, and his practice today consists of litigating select areas of civil disputes and personal injury claims.
