Arets Litigation is a civil litigation and personal injury firm working out of a single office in downtown Toronto, at 10 King Street East. It operates under the legal name Arets Professional Corporation, and Arets is a registered trademark of that corporation. The litigation side of the practice covers a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, including breach of contract, misrepresentation, breach of confidentiality agreements, partnership disputes, conversion, and unjust enrichment claims. It also takes on property and real estate disputes such as a failed agreement of purchase and sale, trespass, nuisance, and easement or right of way disagreements, along with defamation and other intentional harm claims and applications for injunctions.

On the personal injury side, the firm represents clients in car, truck, motorcycle, pedestrian, and cyclist accident claims and slip and fall cases on a no win, no fee basis. It offers a free 30 minute consultation and, where a matter allows, a flat fee instead of hourly billing, even for some litigation work; contingency fees on eligible files run from 20% to 35% plus HST and disbursements. The firm serves clients across the Greater Toronto Area, from Toronto itself out to municipalities including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, and Whitby, and it says client data is handled with Canadian service providers and encrypted communications, on top of its obligations under PIPEDA and the Law Society of Ontario's confidentiality rules.
