Partner and Chair of the Private Equity Group, joining the firm's Business Law Group in 1999. Builds a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate reorganizations and strategic advisory matters, often involving cross-border components. Advises private equity funds, large corporations, family offices and emerging companies across diverse industries.
