About Mike

Mike D'Aloisio practices at the intersection of corporate, real estate, and banking and finance law for institutional, business, and individual clients. He regularly advises financial institutions on commercial financing, with a focus on construction, development, and supply chain management. His business law work spans incorporation, structuring, commercial leasing, contracts, financing, acquisitions, and succession and estate planning. Since being called to the bar, Mike has helped thousands of clients buy and sell homes and prepare estate plans. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a Business Administration degree (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University.
