About Robert
Robert has more than 25 years of experience in information technology law. He advises clients across various industries on technology transactions, including outsourcing, cloud computing, SaaS, strategic alliances, technology development, system procurement, licensing, cybersecurity and e-commerce matters. He's an adjunct professor at the University of Victoria and co-authored "Computer Contracts" for Lexis-Nexis.
