About Michelle
Michelle Choi is an associate whose practice covers estates and trusts administration, passing of accounts, and estate litigation. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2018, and in 2025 she earned the STEP Canada Trust and Estates Practitioner credential. Before joining Walker Head Lawyers in March 2021, she practised civil and family law at a firm in Ajax. Michelle holds an LL.B. (Honours) from the University of Leicester in England, where she volunteered with the Leicester City of Sanctuary helping asylum seekers during the 2015 European migrant crisis and co-founded the university's Information Technology Law Society and its journal, LegalBrew. She has also served on the board of the Durham Region Law Association.
