About Ali
Ali Chaudary has practised exclusively in family law since his call to the Ontario Bar in 2017. He maintains a broad family law practice, helping clients prepare domestic contracts such as marriage contracts and separation agreements, and representing them in Family Court. Ali favours resolving matters through negotiation and mediation where possible, though he is equally prepared to litigate when needed, and he regularly appears in front of both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. Before joining Walker Head Lawyers, he articled with a boutique litigation firm in downtown Toronto.
