About Michelle
Michelle Bailey practices family law with a focus on resolving complex property division while helping parents preserve good will as they move forward. She helps clients build parenting arrangements centred on the best interests of their children and also provides mediation services. Bailey graduated with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law in 2002 and was called to the Alberta bar in 2003. Her first degree, in small business management, gives her a practical foundation for handling family law disputes that involve a closely held company. She is an active volunteer in the legal community and writes papers for seminars and conferences to stay current on developments affecting families going through change.
