About Michele

Michele Clarizio is a senior associate practicing intellectual property law, with a focus on patents and trademarks. She advises on patentability, patent prosecution and drafting, and questions of validity and infringement, and also handles trademark clearance, opposition, and enforcement work, along with negotiating IP licenses and agreements. During law school, Michele earned a concentration in Intellectual Property, Information and Technology Law and received the Alibe C. Flynn Memorial Scholarship for the highest standing in that concentration. She has also volunteered with the Law in Action Within Schools program.
