About Michel

Michel R. Carre is a partner practising labour and employment law, restricted to representing employers and management on matters such as workplace investigations, severance, employment contracts, and restrictive covenants. He also advises on human rights and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board matters and has litigated before the Human Rights Tribunal, the Labour Relations Board, and other administrative tribunals. Born and raised in Azilda, Ontario, he is fluently bilingual and often represents clients in French. He earned his B.A. in Law and Justice from Laurentian University and his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 2008, and articled with Weaver, Simmons before returning to the firm in 2009.
