About Michael

Michael Wolkowicz is a partner and Head of Mass Torts at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers, focusing on motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits claims, occupier's liability, and long-term disability cases. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the License Appeal Tribunal. Michael led a filing against JUUL Labs over its vaping marketing and is currently investigating a claim against Meta and other social media platforms over algorithm-related harm to youth. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with a Juris Doctorate in 2011 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2012. He belongs to the Toronto Lawyers Association.
