About Michael
Michael Tersigni is a partner who represents both private and public sector clients across areas such as commercial and construction disputes, professional liability claims, administrative proceedings, procurement matters, employment law, condominium law, and class actions. He has appeared in front of numerous courts and administrative tribunals across Ontario, as well as in various alternative dispute resolution processes, aiming for practical resolutions suited to each client's needs. Michael was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 after earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts with honours from the University of Toronto. He serves as managing editor of the firm's Construction Law and Condominium Law newsletters, co-authored an article in The Advocates Quarterly on impecuniosity and the duty to mitigate, and has presented at legal conferences. He belongs to the Advocates Society, the Toronto Lawyers Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
