About Mercedes

Mercedes Perez is a founding partner of PBP Lawyers whose practice includes mental health and capacity law, elder law, Charter litigation, and victim representation in criminal sexual assault matters. She has argued precedent-setting Charter cases, including a successful constitutional challenge to the Mental Health Act, and received her law degree from McGill University before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2003.
