About Michael

Michael helps First Nations clients launch and grow business ventures, working through every stage from negotiating a term sheet or drafting a letter of intent to finalizing a limited partnership agreement or closing a multimillion-dollar financing deal. The goal, shared alongside the team, is to help a project grow from an early idea into a lasting enterprise that benefits its community, using a structure that balances opportunity against risk. Michael holds an LLB from the University of Windsor and a BA from Queen's University, and is admitted to the Ontario bar.
