About Michael
Michael Sinclair is a partner at Warren Sinclair LLP focusing on corporate and commercial law, estate planning, and estate administration. Born and raised in Red Deer, he earned a Bilingual Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta in 2011 before attending law school at the Université de Moncton in New Brunswick, graduating in 2014. During his studies he completed a clerkship with a Justice of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. Michael speaks English, French, and Spanish and regularly presents to accounting and financial planning firms on legal matters. He is active in the community through the Red Deer Golf and Country Club, the Red Deer Titans Rugby Football Club, and volunteered with the 2019 Canada Winter Games.
