About Spencer

Spencer D.W. Ball is a partner at Northern Law LLP, where he leads the firm's litigation practice in Sudbury. He focuses on business and real estate disputes, estate litigation, wrongful dismissal claims, construction matters, and serious personal injury cases. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2012, he has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and has represented clients across Northern Ontario. He is regularly retained for complex, high-stakes litigation by business owners, professionals, and individuals with significant assets at stake. Within the firm, he leads litigation strategy and mentors associate lawyers. He holds a J.D. from Western University and an Honours B.A. from the University of Guelph.
