About Michael

Michael Milne is a nationally recognized international trade lawyer specializing in customs compliance, sanctions, export controls, and antidumping investigations, and has appeared before Canadian and U.S. trade tribunals. He is a partner at Cassidy Levy Kent's Ottawa office. He holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and an A.B. cum laude from Dartmouth College, where he received the Story Prize for best philosophy thesis and high honours in his philosophy major.
