About Michael
Michael's practice covers real estate and financial services, acting for financial institutions, builders, and major developers on land development, acquisitions and dispositions, land assemblies, and cost-sharing arrangements between developers and municipalities. His work has evolved over the years to cover many facets of land development law. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1973, holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School (1971) and a B.A. from the University of Toronto (1968), and was the gold medalist in his year of the Law Society of Upper Canada's Bar Admission Course. He chairs the Toronto Montessori Schools and has been a significant supporter of Villa Charities and Osgoode Hall Law School.
