About Michael
Michael D. Pascu has focused on condominium law for more than 22 years, pairing detailed technical knowledge with practical advice for his clients. He earned an honours undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto before attending Queen's University Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996. He holds the Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute designation, awarded in 2010, which recognizes his expertise in the field. Michael has written for industry publications including Condo Voice and CM Magazine and speaks at industry conferences, and he teaches condominium law to property managers at Humber College.
