About Ruth
Ruth Aruliah is an associate whose practice covers commercial and residential real estate. Her earlier work in estate litigation and estate planning gives her a broader perspective on each transaction, and she handles acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and other property matters with attention to long-term risk. Ruth also assists clients with real estate financing and personal property financing. She holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law (2023) and a BSc (Hons.) from Wilfrid Laurier University (2019), and was called to the Ontario bar in 2024. She practices in English.
