About Antoni

Antoni G. Casalinuovo is a senior lawyer at Deo Condominium Lawyers, focusing on condominium disputes ranging from shared facilities issues to Tarion Warranty claims and larger lawsuits. He has acted as successful counsel in several precedent-setting condominium law cases and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Divisional Court, the Superior Court of Justice, and various tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Condominium Authority Tribunal. Antoni writes regularly for legal and condominium publications such as Law Times and Condovoice, and he frequently presents at conferences on developments in condominium law.
