About Maria

Maria Dimakas graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 2005. Early in her career, a chance encounter during a routine business matter introduced her to Mario Deo, and she has practised exclusively in condominium law ever since. She takes a practical, strategic approach to advising and representing condominium corporations, and clients rely on her attention to detail and clear guidance. She writes and speaks regularly on condominium law, with work published in Condo Voice magazine and presentations at the ACMO/CCI Annual Condominium Conference. She belongs to the Canadian Condominium Institute and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.
