About Michael
Michael was born and raised in Windsor and earned his BA in sociology from the University of Windsor in 2014, then his LLB from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom in 2019. He articled at a firm in Essex County and at a firm in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and worked as a business development specialist for a large international law firm based in Toronto, managing national and internal publications with its global marketing team. He also gained prosecutorial experience as a per diem Crown attorney with the Nova Scotia Public Prosecution Service in Halifax. Michael is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Essex Law Association, and his practice now covers corporate and commercial law as well as criminal defence for clients facing criminal charges.
