Debly Law is a family owned and operated law firm in Windsor, Ontario, founded in 2008 by Anthony G. Debly after fifteen years as the City of Windsor's prosecutor, prosecuting cases under the city's licensing and regulatory by-laws and the Building Code Act, and appearing in appellate courts for the municipality. Debly holds a B.A. (1981), M.A. (1985), and LL.B. (1987) from the University of Windsor, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1989. The firm today focuses on traffic ticket defence, commercial motor vehicle and MTO charges, municipal by-law matters, and civil litigation in Small Claims Court and Simplified Procedure actions, along with representation before boards such as the Landlord and Tenant Board.

The team includes Michael C. Chahine, born and raised in Windsor, who earned a B.A. from the University of Windsor and an LL.B. from the University of Southampton, articled in Essex County and Halifax, and worked as a per diem Crown Attorney with the Nova Scotia Public Prosecution Service before joining Debly Law to handle corporate, commercial, and criminal defence matters. Heather E. Debly has been with the firm since it opened in 2008, first as office manager and, since earning a paralegal licence in 2014, as a senior paralegal focused on Highway Traffic Act and commercial motor vehicle defence. Community Votes Windsor has given the firm a run of Platinum Awards, five for best traffic lawyers plus recent wins for best lawyers and best paralegals.
