About Anthony
Anthony was born in Windsor and earned all of his degrees from the University of Windsor, including a BA in 1981, an MA in 1985, and an LLB in 1987; he was called to the Ontario bar in 1989. He worked as a by-law prosecutor solicitor for the City of Windsor for more than fifteen years, prosecuting cases under municipal licensing and regulatory by-laws and the Building Code Act, and has appeared in appellate courts on the city's behalf. He founded Debly Law in 2008 and now focuses on municipal matters, business licensing, rezoning applications, and representation before boards and tribunals such as the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, along with traffic ticket defence and Small Claims Court matters. He belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Essex Law Association, and the Canadian Transport Lawyers' Association, and volunteers with Easter Seals of Southwestern Ontario and the Knights of Columbus.
