Melodi Ulku is counsel at Loberg Ector LLP, practicing corporate and commercial litigation, construction disputes, and trust and estate administration and related litigation. She is qualified with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, holding a Diploma in International Trust Management along with advanced certificates in trust administration, trust creation, and trustee investment and financial appraisal. Melodi has represented private and publicly traded corporations, executives, and high-net-worth individuals in disputes ranging from corporate and commercial matters to construction, employment, and partnership governance issues, and she also advises on estates, trusts, and fiduciary and directorship duties. She was called to the Cayman Islands bar in 2008, though that call is currently inactive, and has lived and worked in Canada, England, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and the Cayman Islands. Fully fluent in Turkish, she earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Bilkent University in Ankara and continues to serve Turkish businesses operating in Canada and abroad.
