About Melissa
Melissa Mustafa is a partner with a general employment and labour practice at Lakhani Campea LLP, acting for both employers and employees on wrongful dismissal litigation, human rights applications, termination packages, employment agreements, workplace investigations, and labour disputes. Originally from Australia, she moved to Canada in September 2014 after finishing her law degree and articling at a full-service Sydney firm, and she was called to the Ontario bar in June 2017. Before joining Lakhani Campea, she articled and practised at a prominent Toronto civil litigation firm, appearing before the Superior Court and Small Claims Court. She volunteers with Lawyers Feed the Hungry, Pro Bono Ontario's Free Legal Advice Hotline, and South Asian Women in Law.
