About Albert

Albert Campea is a senior employment and litigation lawyer with more than 25 years of experience, appearing before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Divisional Court and the Superior Court of Justice. Several of his cases have been reported in legal publications such as the Ontario Reports. His work includes wrongful dismissal litigation, fiduciary duty disputes, human rights applications, and reviewing and negotiating termination packages and employment agreements. While willing to go to trial when necessary, he generally emphasizes strategy, conflict resolution and negotiated settlements. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 1987 and a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1990, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1992.
