About Christopher
Christopher Bergs has practised exclusively in employment and labour law since 2008 and is well versed in the legal issues affecting today's Ontario workplace. Bergs works closely with employers to help manage employees while avoiding legal problems, and represents individual employees on contract negotiations and issues arising from terminations. When matters become contentious, Bergs acts as a negotiator and advocate for clients. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2008, Bergs holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a B.Comm. (Hons., Summa Cum Laude) from McMaster University.
