About Zaheer
Zaheer Lakhani is a partner who has practiced law since 1998, with a focus on resolving workplace disputes, including wrongful dismissal claims and interpersonal conflict. He advises and represents both public and private sector employers, with particular expertise in harassment investigations, wrongful dismissal litigation, restrictive covenant disputes, workplace training, HR advisory services, and mediations under the Police Services Act. He has appeared as a guest on both CBC Radio and Radio Canada, discussing gender discrimination in the restaurant industry and toxic workplaces, and has been quoted by the Canadian Safety Reporter on workplace harassment. Early in his career he prosecuted child protection cases and trained social workers across Ontario on conducting investigations without being oppressive, experience he now applies to workplace investigations. He holds a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario Law School and a B.A. in North American History from McGill University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1998.
