About Mary
Mary Kokosis practises employment and labour law with Bass Associates Professional Corporation. She graduated from Queen's University's Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario bar in 2002, having also completed an undergraduate business degree at the Schulich School of Business. Before joining Bass Associates, she worked as in-house counsel and Privacy Officer for Coca-Cola Bottling Company and as a Senior Consultant at CIBC advising on complex employee relations issues. Her in-house background gives her a practical understanding of workplace challenges, and her practice today covers conflict resolution, workplace investigations, harassment and human rights matters, employment standards, hiring and contracts, performance management, termination, and grievance and arbitration proceedings. She has contributed to Long Term Care Magazine.
