About Melanie

Melanie Fishbein joined Wilson Vukelich's Business Law group as an associate in 2023, following her articles at the firm. She is building a broad corporate and commercial practice, helping clients incorporate and maintain their companies, drafting shareholder agreements, and assisting with mergers and acquisitions. She also supports the firm's trademark agents on filings, amendments and responses to Canadian Intellectual Property Office actions. Melanie earned a B.A. in North American Studies from McGill University in 2019, including a study term at the University of Geneva, and a J.D. from Queen's University in 2022. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2023 and speaks English.
