Real Estate LawMeghan Praught is a lawyer in SV Law's Civil Litigation and Condominium Litigation practice groups, called to the Ontario bar in 2025 after joining the firm as a summer student in 2023 and completing her articles there. She earned her J.D. from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2024, where she held leadership roles in the law students' society and worked at the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic, making submissions before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia. She co-represented a tenant in a case that secured one of the largest Landlord and Tenant Board payouts in Nova Scotia. Before law school, she completed an honours applied science degree in justice studies at the University of Guelph-Humber along with a diploma from Humber College. Meghan now focuses on representing condominium corporations and individuals in civil and condominium disputes.
