About Megan
Megan's practice at Belmore Neidrauer focuses on patent infringement and validity litigation, particularly proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. She has trial and appeal experience before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Canada. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019, where she was a semi-finalist and received the Gordon F. Henderson Award at the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot, and volunteered with the Osgoode Innocence Project on civil litigation and ministerial review matters. Megan completed her articles at Belmore Neidrauer before joining as an associate, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2020. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences from McMaster University and belongs to the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
