History
Belmore Neidrauer began in 2009 as Belmore McIntosh Neidrauer LLP, with offices in the TD Waterhouse Tower at 79 Wellington Street West. Neil Belmore, an Osgoode graduate, spoke and wrote often on intellectual property law, while Lindsay Neidrauer, called to the Ontario bar in 2003 and a registered trade-mark agent, had a particular interest in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
By late 2013 the firm was practising under its current name, Belmore Neidrauer LLP. Some of its people have grown with it: Marian Wolanski was an associate focused on pharmaceutical patent litigation in 2010 and is now a partner, and Megan Pocalyuko articled at the firm before joining as an associate.

The Supreme Court dismissed Pharmascience's appeal from the Federal Court of Appeal's 2024 decision, without costs, leaving Janssen's INVEGA SUSTENNA dosing regimen patent upheld. The firm works from the TD North Tower, the building that opened in 1969 as the Royal Trust Tower within the Toronto-Dominion Centre. The complex has held a Part IV designation under the Ontario Heritage Act since 2003, and the designation calls it an outstanding example of International Style architecture. In 2005 an Ontario Heritage Trust plaque marked the original three buildings and their plazas as part of the province's built heritage.
