About Meagan
Meagan Ward studied Criminal Justice at the University of Regina before earning her Juris Doctorate with Distinction at the University of Saskatchewan in 2017 and being called to the bar in May 2018. She articled at Wardell Gillis, with a secondment to Brian Pfefferle, and before law school worked at Walper-Bossence Law Office in Moose Jaw and interned at a criminal defence and civil litigation firm in Washington, D.C. She has defended clients on charges including domestic violence, assault, sexual assault, impaired driving, robbery, arson, fraud, theft, firearms offences, murder, and manslaughter, appearing at all levels of Saskatchewan court. She also represents youth in matters under the Youth Criminal Justice Act and university students facing academic and non-academic misconduct allegations.
