About Mike

Mike is Metis and originally from North Battleford, Saskatchewan. He received his law degree in 1999 and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2000, and has more than twenty years of litigation experience across multiple court levels. His practice emphasizes criminal defence, including representing vulnerable clients through Legal Aid Saskatchewan in jury trials, preliminary inquiries, bail hearings, sentencing hearings, and appeals, along with personal injury matters involving institutional sexual abuse, plus administrative, commercial, construction, and insurance law. He is a certified mediator, a community volunteer, and a former president of the Saskatchewan Rugby Union.
