Ronni A. Nordal leads NORDAL Law Office, a Saskatoon practice offering arbitration, mediation, med/arb and workplace investigation services. After completing an LL.M. in Employment and Labour Law along with training in arbitration, med/arb and workplace investigation, she moved from traditional practice into work as a neutral arbitrator, mediator and investigator. She continues to practise in the area of professional discipline, sitting as a Saskatchewan Police Commission Hearing Officer and serving as Practice Advisor and Designated Professional Responsibility Counsel for the Law Society of Saskatchewan. Nordal is a former Bencher of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and a former chair of both the CBA Saskatchewan Administrative, Labour and Employment Law section and the CBA National Labour and Employment Law section. She holds a Chartered Arbitrator (C.Arb.) designation.
