About Meagan

Meagan Potier is a civil litigation associate focused on personal injury and employment litigation. Her personal injury work includes significant experience in human rights litigation and helping people who have experienced sexual assault and battery seek recovery, and her approach to these claims is trauma-informed. Meagan has advocated for clients at the Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench and the Court of Appeal. She joined HMC Lawyers as an associate after concluding her articles there in 2019, following part of her articles with a not-for-profit and a criminal defence firm. She is a regular volunteer with Calgary Legal Guidance.
